Tanuja Have a look for the book Presenting to Win , its not about
PowerPoint but about presentations. Lots of good tips, checklists,
approaches to take etc. Will be adding more on PowerPoint 2013 Steven

Is it possiible to animate one bar at a time for the bar chart graph?
Because I need to make the bar appear one at a click and not the whole
    graph together. Thanks

right click on the animation in the animation pane on the right, choose
effect options, try one of the “by element..” options – which will give you
one bar or column per click

The template graphics might be in the slide master. Click the view tab on
the ribbon, on the the left of the ribbon look for the Master Views group ,
then click Slide Master. This will give you access to all the variations of
the templates slide master – where the graphics could be located
