Umineko Motion Graphic vol 1 w/ FULL English translation

26 Jul

Same deal as before – I’ll be annotating the translation over the next few days, although I do already have the full script. Sorry – this part’s always really time consuming. I did opt away from annotating the first letter because the annotations would have to be so close together that they would completely obscure the picture. However, I am still considering the possibility of adding it in if enough people think it would add to the video. Just leave a comment if that’s the case. If anyone was wondering why it took me so long to do another, let me just state that it was because I really didn’t want to do this one. Koishiteruyo already has a pretty serviceable translation up, and I didn’t want to be redundant. So I tried working on the second and third. Surprise surprise – I had issues working with both. The second one in particular will take a while to work out, since the problems are mechanical. On the third, I was just having a lot of trouble translating one part. I now feel decently confident about it and will get started on it eventually. I’m thinking I’m going to wait until the next motion graphic comes out, since it’ll only be a few days from now, and work on that as a next project, and assuming no mechanical difficulties, that should be my next upload. If there are, then I might get discouraged again and take a break, but more likely, I’ll try working on the third one. So that’ll be my relative order from here on out. Once again, please, please, PLEASE let me know

Umineko Motion Graphic vol 6 w/ FULL English Translation

Okay, re-uploaded. This one should be a lot smoother, so let’s see how it goes. Everything’s up now, but I’m still always going back as I get to see the arcs myself to fix any parts I got wrong. As always, if you see a mistake, just mention it in the comments or send me a PM, and I’ll fix it pronto. Thanks to livejournal’s lijianliang and escargotage for correcting some errors I had. Also thanks to Youtube’s LegendPst, who helped me with another biggie. Also, special thanks to victorialau95, whose video I referenced a few times in the process of translating. As always, I wish I could do art or sing this well, but I can’t. Nor can I write as wonderful a series as Umineko. I am a humble translator. I make no money off this, nor do I have any plans to. I own nothing except for my computer, which I hug lovingly when I am not smacking it. Right, more crediting. I wish I could even just say that I am the source of the beautiful download quality, but unfortunately, I cannot. That credit would go here: joesca.livejournal.com
