HI, maybe you used wrong video compressor, we suggest you choose “Google V8 Video Codec” in the compressor list on the export animation dialog.
If you still can’t upload, please use some? free video converter, convert the video to mp4, and upload again.

1. If you exported a un-compressed video, maybe the file size is too large, the video looks lagged when you play it.
2. If you exported a compressed video, maybe you used wrong video compressor, we suggest you choose “Google V8 Video Codec” in the compressor list? on the export animation dialog.
3. We suggest you use VLC Media Player to play your video, Download Link: videolan(dot)org

How about choose VP8 codec and export video again, or? try other codec.

This is a great tool. My problem is when I save it to an AVI? file to put on Windows Video/Movie maker it comes up with a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark, what am I doing wrong? I have win 8.

Hi, you can export your animation to a video? with transparent background. Then put this 3d title on another wmv video file by other video edit software, finally export to a video with the 3d title.
