    @Huwaetje
    you’re right, that’s the better way to animate the camera. will put it in the next tutorial!

    @sebanfilm Nice tutorial, but why don’t you use a nul-object to animate your camera’s position? I think it’s easier and faster.

    @akoposiyuri Sure your png is saved without bg? And it depends on your bg whether you see your image.

    @sebanfilm I made the PNG file from photoshop. I saved it with a transparent background. But when I transfer the file to After Effects, the background becomes black. Anyway, I was able to use it like how you did even with the black background. At first I can’t get it, but after a number of trials I was able to do it.

    @akoposiyuri

    in case the background is black, you’d have to put the transfer mode to add. if you are using a PNG with a transparent backround, it should never appear black. where does your PNG come from?

  17. akoposiyuri

    September 14, 2011 at 6:35 pm

    the background (black) doesn’t disappear even when I switch it to Multiply mode

    September 14, 2011 at 7:23 pm

    why is the background of my PNG file always black? Also, when I switch to Multiply the picture doesn’t show.. It’s just black

    where’d you get the background? And did you scan those drawings?
