Here is the 2012-13 FIRST Tech Challenge robot game. It’s a form of
tic-tac-toe played by teams of robots built by high school (and younger)
students. Quite a challenge but our +Brick Buddies kids are already
    brainstorming lots of interesting ideas.?

Well there are probably going to be many different ways that teams are
going to be able to lift and place the rings. Similar to last year, there
may be grapples, different lifts, and other things like arms. Either way
there should be multiple ways to complete the main objective and like you
said, there rest of the robot is going to be extremely interesting ๐Ÿ™‚

i don’t like ftc anymore. in my team, we don’t get along and argue too
much. plus when we were practicing to see who would be our driver we had
two groups, me and another guy and two other guys who are very popular in
our school. we got 25 points, thy got 1 point. our whole team voted, they
became drivers,we’ve lost last place at every competition so far.

Being a member of FRC and being that this is sort of like logomotion if it
plays out the same way as I remember it you guys in FTC are going to have
an insane amount of fun this year, that game was great

Iowa’s Combustible lemons in the 2011-12 year could lift an arm 13ft high,
    what if a robot is lifted this high… and falls… ??? D:

After last year, I was pretty sure they were going to stay away from
lifting again… But it seems they were impressed by what they got last
year, and now they just put a practical limit on it.

man im sure there is enough videos on youtube you can go through and

Hey!!! Im intrerested in purchasing your 5 combo DVDs (the complete blender
training bundle) on your page, im from Argentina… Thing is, i dunno a
thing about blender. I did follow your 6 steps tutorials for begginers
thoug, that’s all I know cuz i did it exactly as you showed, same result..
Are the DVDs for begginers or do i need more knowledge? I cant afford to be
a citizen and pay each day/month but i can buy the DVDs but i need to know
if i’ll be able to understand them

nice tutorial for the plain basics i think. btw it was a bit funny that you
applied the twist-deformation on a cube that has multiple sub-surface
modifications on it because you wouldnt see much of a twist on a sphere. ๐Ÿ˜€
i guess with smooth shading on it you would hardly see it. (i know it was
just an example, but it made me smirk for a second)

    December 5, 2013 at 6:51 pm

yeah, it was just luck when he let blender calculate it because
250/24=10,41666.. so it was kinda close (assuming blender is rounding up at
    ,5) ๐Ÿ˜€

250/24=10.41 rounding to the nearest tenth is = 10

    250 = 10 * 24 + 10 -> 250/24 = 10 in integer arithmetic.
