i was told that once a person quits smoking, the damage caused by it begins
reversing. we have stem cells all through our bodies, the trick is to
detox, and from then on, no smoking and only vegetables, no processed
foods, all home made, organic. and juicing as well as supplements as
needed. intravaneous food grd hydrogen peroxide will clear out all the
gunk. you need a doctor for this. but if we give our bodies the tools, we
can stimulate stem cells to replace damaged parts.
