It’s very realistic: it’s been built and it works 🙂 Check out the? links under “more info”.
The only thing it does not seem very realistic is the “perpetual” heating system using external heat ? sources and preserving the heat inside a chamber (?)
It does not make sense, you would use lots of energy trying to keep that chamber warm
