Shit man I remeber when I had to wear a back brace . That was the worst period of my life . I had to wear that shit to school . I walked wierd and the kids called me Robocop . But im glad i stuck thru it still cause it reduced the curve . But nothing good comes easy

3 herniated discs myself…sciatic pain …man o man…being a bike messenger for 4 years in DC , getting hit 3times by cab drivers, doored ect.
