i know who she is. that was rena. you could tell cuz of her sailor uniform ribbon. rika has a bow not like rena though. hope this helped.

@ARPepper I think it may be Frederika Bernkastel; The poet. She’s a sort of omnipresence throughout the games. (I dont know for certain, but the blue hair and the fact that she looks rather like Rika but older gave me the idea.)
@samsungcofste Don’t know, I think is Rika or Rena. The phrase next to the image can be a clue, but you need to find out what it means.
