  13. @MrHairybuffalo Even if someone has made something after learning from Andrew’s tutorials, what problem you see in that? If you look at this showreel, most work is his own creativity. I myself am a great fan of Video Copilot but I have seen a lot of people like you who instead of motivating someone, leave comments like this. Get a life man!!!

  17. @Kinziik you have a PC now dont you? I did that animation on a crappy PC AMD Athlon, 256MB graphic card, 4GB ram. Not the greatest ehh? Remember aslong as the software can run on a PC, no PC is crap. ofcourse if you want to got a super PC like I did, which I built 2 months ago, its a beast custom made by me with the help of a friend. Right now your not comfortbal, download Maya Student edition get used to it. Once you have mastered it, move onto 3Ds Max, Zbrush and what not

  18. @Hayri491 Wow thanks man! I have so much passion for this even though i havn’t even started….i really really want to start but i have no money for a computer :(. i watch tons of tutorials and watch other people’s projects. Thanks for the motivation.

  19. @Kinziik nothings impossible I mastered Maya in a year, well thats purely because my motivation and eager to learn and never afraid to jump into a new thing, when your to comfortable with something move out of the box, make another area you can be comfortable with, always expand it. The animation on my profile was done in my early stages, know I can do better. never give up, aslong as you have the motivation and eagerness to learn you can reach that level in 1 year

  23. @walterra whooaa! 15years….. i got my hopes down haha. did it take you 15 years to get this good? btw getting a laptop soon for motion graphics, any sppecific type i should get?

  24. @Kinziik Well it takes time 😉 I started more than 15 years ago experimenting with 3D Studio, some acient video capture card from Fast Multimedia in a Pentium with 100Mhz and some analog equipment. And then I tried and failed and tried and failed and so on.

  32. @MrHairybuffalo I’m not sure the copilot tuts were available back then … the showreel is from 2006 and I think I did the earth part in the mid of 2005 😉

  33. better question why does EVERYONE use the earth from the video copilot tuts in their demo reels?? everyone knows where to find that..geniuses
