It is worth looking at all the lessons in this series on my channel. The bits where I go quickly are areas of Flash that I have covered at a much slower pace individually,? like the new Motion Tweens and resizing objects, for example. In order to fit all the information into a 10 minute lesson, I have to put more emphasis on some elements over others.
If we can give suggestions, can you slow down and show what you’re clicking on? at some points? your mouse moves so fast that some of us are constantly pausing looking for where your cursor is to know what to click on..
I wanted to thank you on? your flash tutorials. They’re extremely helpful and very simple

If I understand you correctly, you want the letters in a paragraph to move independently, whilst the paragraph itself is moving? You would have to enclose all the letters in the paragraph into a symbol and tween that. See my lesson on? animating with loops.
