This motion graphics piece was created for a university project. The project was to take your assigned Principle of Design (from the Book of The Universal Principles of Design) and craft a learning interactive piece. The principle illustrated in this short film is “The Five Hat Racks” coined by Richard Saul Wurman from ‘Information Anxiety’ in1989. I hope to make a series of these design principles one day but till then please enjoy. Translations are up~! I’m confident with most. If anyone can help me with it, I would really appreciate it! ^^ Umineko Motion Graphic vol.8 ??????????? ???????With You Who Doesn’t Cry in this Redemptive Illusion: Resonance Synesthesia Woots. Trollkastel-san was the first to upload this, and IN GOOD QUALITY TOO. OMG. MANY THANKS~!! So, well, for some reason, this UMG seems to be shorter than the usual ones… But the length of the video is normal… I guess it might just be because this is the first UMG I’m doing after having played the game itself.

Marek Okon is a graduate of both the YSDN program and also the Graphic Communication program at the SCHOOLOFDESIGN at George Brown College. During his studies throughout YSDN Okon has worked for both local and international studios as a freelance motion and print designer. Okon’s work has also been featured in Stashmedia Magazine (Vol. 34, Jul 2007), Design Elements (2007) published by Rockport, Almanac of Asia-Pacific Design II (2006) published by Sandu Cultural Media in China, as well Machine Flesh (2005) published by Ballistic Publishing in Australia. Okon has also been invited to speak along with fellow alumni Edrea Lita at Plus, an International conference on innovative Typography held annually in Birmingham, England.
